Welcome, folks, to the new look It's Raining Outside web forum - the official web forum for Cos Ryan, The Green Apples Co. and Horibl Boy Comicks.
Existing users may notice a few changes, such as the colour scheme and the addition of some new boards. New users, however, will notice nothing new. So let me go through a few things.
Numero One. If you wanna talk about comics, be it Dead Ends, your own enterprise, or linking to comics you find fantastic, then hit up the Horibl Boy Comicks board. Anyone can make and reply to topics - all we ask is that you sign up first.
Two. This board will bring you any and all updates related to the forum, anything which I deem to be of interest and of use to you all. I am the only cat who can make a thread on here, but feel free to reply as you will.
Three. The jiko board is for general chit chat and what not. No holds barred.
Speaking of no holds barred, there are no swear filters on this forum, and I actively encourage frank and open discussion about whatever you want to yak on about. However, if I notice bullying, conversation that can be deemed to be offensive to a particular subsection of society, or general dick...ness, then I will take administrative measures. Offending parties will be dealt with, ranging from stern words to all out banning.
